The Strategic Group culture was originally founded on just three values:
Honesty – Loyalty – and Performance
Years later, it morphed, and the “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” from Stephen Covey were incorporated. Still, it continued to morph and most recently the teachings of the “Principles” by Ray Dalio were added to create the heterogeneous culture that exists today.
